Welcome to Only Flights Aviation, a clothing retailer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, clothing purchases, and any interactions with Only Flights Aviation. Flight Training

If you are selected as the recipient of our free private pilot training: Due to the nature of aviation services, including flight training, aircraft rentals, and maintenance services, Training services and judgement are left to partnering flight schools as well as the Flight instructor you are paired with. Only Flights Aviation is not a flight school and has no part in day to day flight training. We find a reputable flight school in your and you go through their private pilot curriculum.

Eligibility and Requirements

To purchase clothing from our store, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent for minors
  • Possess a valid government-issued photo identification
  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are selected as the recipient of our free private pilot training prize and are under 18 years of age, a parental guardian must sign off and approve the training before you can receive the prize.

Payment Terms

All clothing orders are subject to the following payment terms:

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • We accept credit cards and debit cards only - cash payments are not accepted
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price
  • Cancellation and return policies apply as outlined in our Return Policy

Free Flight Training Prize

If you are selected as the recipient of our free private pilot training prize, please note:

  • All flight training, aircraft services, inspections, fuel, oil, instruction, rentals, and weather decisions are the sole responsibility of the partnering flight school and flight instructor
  • Only Flights Aviation has no control over any aspect of flight training operations
  • You must comply with all FAA regulations and local aviation rules as required by the flight school
  • All safety requirements, medical certificates, and operational decisions are determined by the flight school and instructor

Liability and Insurance

Only Flights Aviation is a clothing retailer. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any flight training activities, aircraft operations, or aviation-related incidents
  • All flight training activities are conducted by independent flight schools and instructors, who maintain their own insurance and liability coverage
  • We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage related to flight training or aircraft operations
  • Our liability is limited to the sale of clothing products and is limited to the extent permitted by law

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using our website or services for illegal activities
  • Providing false information when placing orders
  • Attempting to fraudulently claim the free flight training prize
